House Sanglier is located on a large residential erf in Constantia.  The accommodation is extensive.  The house is North-facing and has magnificent views.  An existing row of indigenous trees separated the top two thirds of the site from the bottom third.  This enabled one to screen the tennis court from the main house.

The thatch building is for entertainment and gym facilities.  The intention was to differentiate the building from the main dwelling.
