House Zients is located on a wine farm between Bishopscourt and Constantia.  The main farm house was designed by Sir Herbert Baker.  Although this house is located some distance from the Baker building, it was important to us that the new building should be well contextualised.

The expansive views are to the West and, as the site loses the sun in winter early, considerable care was taken to ensure that the natural light would be sufficient.
