Knysna Lifestyle Estate will, when finished, consist of 250 houses, a Clubhouse and Frail Care Centre. The first phase of houses and phase 1 of the Frail Care are currently under construction. The site undulates extensively and some of the sites have commanding views towards The Heads. There are about a dozen different house types built using vernacular elements.
